Baby shark series coming to Nickelodeon

PHOENIX – Nickelodeon is teaming up with Pinkfong to create a new animated TV series based on the viral kid song, “Baby Shark.“ 

Pinkfong, a children education entertainment company, created the viral video that has had the catchy song stuck in kids and parent’s heads alike. The video has almost three billion views on YouTube! Find it below! 

Not much has been released for what the show will look like. 

“Baby Shark has captured the imagination of millions of fans around the world, so it’s no surprise it’s one of the top 10 most-viewed videos on YouTube ever,” said Ramsey Naito, EVP Nickelodeon Animation. “At the heart of any popular piece of content is a terrific character, and we have a great opportunity to further explore the world of Baby Shark and follow this family through some great animated adventures on Nickelodeon.”
