Baton Rouge Police have identified the man found shot to death on Avenue E.
According to authorities Billie Rollins of Baker was found lying next to a vehicle in the 10,000 block of Avenue E just before noon Wednesday. A this time they do not have any information on possible suspects or motive, but they say this is an ongoing investigation.
