It’s been since 2011, that an NFC team outside of the No. 1 and No. 2 seed in the playoffs have found themselves in the Super Bowl.
The New Orleans Saints currently sit as the No. 3 seed.
In order for the Saints to move up to the No. 1 seed, they need to get the win over the Carolina Panthers and both the Green Bay Packers and San Francisco 49ers must lose.
