BATON ROUGE, La. (BRProud) – Open Health Care Clinic is offering drive-thru COVID-19 testing starting in four days.
The testing will be available at two separate sites between the dates of May 25 and June 6.
The COVID-19 testing is available for people who have these symptoms:
- 99.5 fever
- Cough
- Shortness of breath

Starting Tuesday, May 26:
- Testing Location: SE Mackey Center, 6534 Ford St. Baton Rouge, LA 70811
- Time: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- No doctors’ orders/referral needed
- Walk-ups welcome, pre-registration not required
- Photo ID required
- No out-of-pocket cost for uninsured
- Bring insurance card. No out-of-pocket cost for insured, however insurance may be billed

Starting Thursday, May 28:
- Testing Location: Greater King David Church, 222 Blount Road. Baton Rouge, LA
- Time: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- No doctors’ orders/referral needed

- No out-of-pocket cost for uninsured
- Bring insurance card. No out-of-pocket cost for insured, however insurance may be billed
