Louisiana voters headed back to the polls Saturday. These elections included municipal and general races, and a couple of special elections for the state legislature.
Senate District 2 has been a much-talked-about vacancy, since Troy Brown resigned earlier this year. Thirteen candidates were vying for this spot. Now it’s down to two. It looks like there will be a runoff between two democrats, Warren Harang III and Edward Price.
Now, over to House District 8, which features two republicans Robbie Gatti and Raymond Crews. Crews comes in on top with more than 60% of the votes.
