Baton Rouge Police need your help finding a suspect who they say fatally shot his ex-girlfriend, 30-year-old Jessica Dunbar, after she left a party around 3:20 A.M. Sunday.
An arrest warrant has been issued for 31-year-old Demarcus Jackson. Authorities said Jackson fled the scene in a Grey Dodge Challenger with Louisiana license plate ZYE 185. Dunbar was transported to a local hospital, where she later died from her injuries.
Police said Jackson is considered “armed and dangerous.” Anyone with information on Jackson’s whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers at (225) 344-7867.
