St. Martin Sheriff’s officials announced Tuesday, April 2 they’ve made an arrest in a January 30th, 2019 case involving the alleged sexual abuse of a Juvenile.
After an investigation into the allegations, officials say, they obtained and executed a warrant, and arrested 64 year old Joseph Alexander, Sr. of Breaux Bridge.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Alexander is facing a charge of Aggravated Crime Against Nature. He was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center. At the time of the news release, bond had not yet been set.
