Here in Baton Rouge there was a much different Memorial Day at the U.SS KIDD because of the pandemic.
Safety measures forced event organizers from hosting it’s annual services that draws in about 200 people each year.
The museum will be open to the public as well as the Louisiana Memorial Plaza adjacent to the museum.
Each are operating at a 25% capacity.
