We’re just two days away from the LSU Tigers’ season opener against McNeese! So now, university officials have a couple of reminders for fans.
If you plan on driving to the game, get there early. There will be hundreds of free parking spots available at a couple of lots, which includes Hayfield and Levee, off Gourrier Avenue and River Road.
Also, remember to carpool when you can.
“If you can carpool, do so. As we bring down the number of vehicles, that obviously brings down the number of traffic hassle and the number of issues we will have,” said Cory Lalonde of the LSU Police Department.
For the first home SEC game against Auburn, there will be even more parking available for fans.
