BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – On Friday, May 22, the sign at Superior Grill read, “Happy Memorial Weekend, See U Tuesday.”
Well, Tuesday is here and Superior Grill is back open.
Superior Grill has decided that at both locations they are not going to do 25% capacity anymore.
Customers will not be able to dine-in, only curbside pickup and deliveries starting on Tuesday.
If you are craving your Superior Margarita, you and your friends can sit on the patio.
Both Superior Grill locations were cleaned on Friday night.
Employees were tested for COVID-19 the following day and a couple of employees did test positive for the virus.
Those employees are now in quarantine.
Those who tested positive are kitchen staff and had no interaction with customers.
Those employees are not allowed to return to Superior Grill until they produce a negative test result.
Employees who tested negative but either live or ride with those employees who tested positive are also in self quarantine as a precaution.
Superior Grill does not know when they will reopen the dining room.
