LOCAL 33 will provide live coverage beginning at 10:30 a.m. with a special news report honoring Officer Matthew Gerald, Officer Montrell Jackson and Deputy Brad Garafola.
Coverage will be followed by Officer Matthew Gerald’s funeral service.
Viewers who are not able to attend Gerald’s service can watch via a live stream on this page or tune into LOCAL 33 or FOX 44.
All three law enforcement officers were tragically killed during an ambush attack in Baton Rouge on July 17.
Gerald’s procession will begin at Healing Place Church, located at 19202 Highland Road, then will travel on Highland Road to Interstate 10.
Once on I-10 W, the motorcade will head to I-110N and exit. The procession will continue north on US 61, or Scenic Highway, to W. Mount Pleasant Zachary Road, then drive west.
He will be laid to rest at the Louisiana National Cemetery.
