TOPS payments were stopped immediately Thursday because of the uncertainty surrounding Louisiana’s budget crisis.
The Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance announced this around 3:00 P.M.
The Taylor Opportunity Program for Students (TOPS) is a scholarship program. It helps in-state students with tuition, if they meet certain criteria.
