The East Ascension Spartans hosted the St.
Amant Gators in a 5-5A rivalry district match-up to end the their regular season. The Spartans pulled away in the second half and cruised to a 34-7 win over the Gators.
East Ascension finished the season with an 8-2 record while St. Amant ends the season at 6-5.
